This position reports to the Retail Media Growth Lead

Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborate with Buyers and Account managers to become a client expert on: 

  • GMV evolution and ambitions.
  • Product selection / stock availability.
  • Organic category market share, organic visibility Market position vs competitors.
  • Strategic sub brand or subcategory focus.
  • Build a detailed Retail Media joint business plan strategy.
  • Ability to build a bottom-up strategy based on GMV.
  • Adaptation of strategy taking into consideration the clients current brand position.
  • Incorporating client-expertise gained (for example: client’s marketing calendar, seasonality).
  • End-to-end ownership of Sales target for a select group of top GMV clients across Retail & Marketplace.
  • Consult on always-on visibility versus growth initiatives.
  • Regular alignment with Buyers and Account Managers on business-as-usual updates (for example: stock availability & age).
  • Advise on BAU RMA solutions, Ad Hoc and event specific opportunities (Blue Dot sale).
  • Execute on category specific growth & revenue opportunities (Back to School campaigns for Stationery, House of Beauty, etc).
  • Monitor execution of all retail media assets on a regular basis to ensure flawless execution.
  • Data gathering and compiling of all client-facing documentation: collaborate with operations on timelines.
  • Presenting Post campaign analysis, QBRs and Annual plans
  • Develop quarterly case studies for every client with approval: for external use.
  • Without approval: internal success stories for team growth and knowledge sharing.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Degree in  Business, Finance, Marketing, or Digital Communications.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Client Services or Account Management in a relevant industry like an retail media or digital advertising or marketing.
  • Relevant Industry experience, responsible for driving client portfolio growth, with evidence of meeting/ exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ownership of Campaign Success from ideation to post-campaign analysis.
  • Experience in establishing sales management processes.
  • Experience with CRM tool(s).

Attributes Required:

  • Medium- & Long-term planning experience.
  • Demonstrable and tangible Upselling and Cross-selling achievements.
  • Fluent in English language (both verbal and written).
  • Relevant Industry experience, responsible for driving client portfolio growth, with evidence of meeting/ exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ownership of Campaign Success from ideation to post-campaign analysis.
  • Experience in establishing sales management processes.
  • Experience with CRM tool(s).
  • eCommerce experience is preferred.
